Home / Residential users ... COD only, no credit offered $65/hour
Home User (Senior Citizen --&-- existing business client employee discount) ... COD only, no credit offered $60/hour
Business users (1.5 hour minimum) $80/hour *
Complete Windows Reinstall (includes drivers, updates and basic software & Malwarebytes License) $145/per PC **
Document / Pictures backup to DVD $20/per disc
Video Transfer to DVD $40/per disc
DVD Repair (recovered saved data / video) $50/per disc
Laser Printer Repair (1.5 hour minimum) $85/hour + parts
Laptop Repair $85/hour + parts
Network / Phone cable drops installed (added service call could be charged) $125/per drop

SPECIALIZED SERVICES

  
Website creation (up to 4 pages, includes 1 year of hosting and email addresses) $600
Updates for created website (addl. pages, graphics, modifications) $40/hour
Website hosting and email serivces $100/year
Laptop Power Jack Replacement (fixes broken jack on laptop power port) $150 (incl. part)

 

*     Businesses with servers may incur a higher bill rate due to server management

**   Windows Reinstall includes all updates and basic software installation. Additional charge for other software or rejoining of PC to domain controller.

 

THERE'S NEVER AN ADDED CHARGE FOR NIGHTS OR WEEKEND WORK!

 

Billing is done in 30 minute increments after the first hour.

(Rates are firm unless previously discussed)

We are doing our best to keep rates down even with the rising cost of fuel and insurance rates.

 

Additional mileage charge of $40 may occur outside of the Louisville or Southern Indiana area to surrounding counties. Additional mileage will be charged for jobs outside of this area.
