* Free remote support works with Windows PC's (XP and Vista versions are available) and requires high speed internet access. Limited up to ten minutes of support and available to current customers. If additional time is required, a charge will be incurred of $30 for 30 minutes of support. Schedule must be arranged with John prior to connection. Out of town or new customers will be charged in 30 minute increments for $30. |
